I am an ethnographic researcher, brand strategist and creative facilitator specializing in qualitative discovery. An enthusiastic communicator and reluctant diplomat, I believe the most effective approach is an authentic one.
In recent years, my ethnographic findings, skill-sharing talks and ideation workshops have guided campaign strategies for industry leaders like Google and YouTube, as well as emerging entrepreneurs and start ups.
