TEDxKC
In August of 2022, our founder Karen Faith had the honor of sharing a talk on one of the largest TEDx stages in the world.

What’s the talk about?
Glad you asked. This talk is about how a simple approach called Unconditional Welcome helped a customer researcher befriend the most difficult parts of herself. Fully sincere and at times pretty funny, this is a must-watch for researchers, communicators, and anyone with a noisy mind.

Unconditional what?
Unconditional Welcome is the foundation of Others’ empathy practice. Warmer than tolerance and cooler than compassion, Unconditional Welcome is the practice of actively affirming that every part of ourselves, and everyone in our world, belongs here as they are.

If you are struggling with self-destructive or suicidal thoughts, call or text 988 to connect with someone who can help.
