With brands as with people, our B-sides offer a wealth of buried treasure, untapped potential, and powerful complexity only available to the brave.

In this intensive course, we take stock of the gifts, resources, and magic we wield that isn't public-facing. Utilizing prompts and exercises to dialogue with the parts of ourselves we tend to hide, we will find new depths, unknown strengths, and greater capacity to connect with others. Then we scale it up, flipping our favorite brands on their B side to find the same. Join us for a daring and unforgettable experience as we explore our B sides and enter the depths only true fans dare to tread.

Ethnographer and Empathy Trainer, Karen Faith, joins Unconscious Bias Expert Steffon Isaac in this bold session designed to help brand builders identify and utilize uncommon courage, starting with themselves and extending to the brands they lead. Together, we will create a boundaried space for participants to unpack some of their own less-celebrated features (as well as their brands'), finding the gifts and insight hidden within.
